Survey: Fewer see spam as big hassle

'"Only about 18 percent of e-mail users surveyed by the nonprofit Pew Internet & American Life Project said spam was a big problem for them, down from 25 percent in a similar Pew survey four years ago. 'People are just becoming used to spam, the way we become used to traffic congestion or air pollution,' Pew senior researcher Deborah Fallows said in an e-mail interview."
