On Monday, June 14thKristen Purcell will be speaking at the 2010 Jersey Arts Marketers Media Roundtable.  The event brings together New Jersey arts professionals and members of the media to discuss the latest arts marketing techniques and technologies.  The 10th Annual Media Roundtable will begin with an in-depth panel discussion on the changing climate of the media industry followed by a Q&A with top regional media professionals. In the afternoon, Kristen was invited to lead a workshop based on findings from Pew Internet’s Participatory News Consumer report.  The workshop will highlight how the internet and mobile technologies are changing people’s relationship to news and information, creating a new media ecology that is portable, personalized and participatory.
