This is a preliminary release of our September 2012 Health Tracking survey. It contains the questions used in our reports "Mobile Health 2012", "Health Online 2013", and "Tracking for Health", plus all demographic variables. The complete data set and crosstabs will be released in Spring 2013.

Contains raw survey data file in SPSS format. (Note: All raw data files include a weight variable that should be used in analysis and is identified as the variable "WEIGHT." Please check and make sure that the weight variable is turned on before you begin your analysis.)

Contains raw survey data file in comma-delimited (.csv) format. (Note: All raw data files include a weight variable that should be used in analysis and is identified as the variable "WEIGHT." Please check and make sure that the weight variable is turned on before you begin your analysis.)

Contains a topline data file in Word format. The topline lists the overall percentages for each question, and includes trend data to previous surveys in which we have asked each question where applicable.

Contains a survey instrument/questionnaire file in Word format. The questionnaire provides question and response labels for the raw data file. It also includes all interviewer prompts and programming filters for outside researchers who would like to see how our questions are constructed or use our questions in their own surveys.
